I created a small app that runs parallel to the stratux software so that the position and attitude can be displayed on Garmin Pilot (iPad or Android versions). It translates the websocket interface that the Stratux supplies and retransmits it in the X-Plane 11 format that Garmin Pilot uses to simulate position and attitude when using it with a flight simulator. I haven’t found a way to “fake” the weather and traffic information and it may not even be possible since all of the protocol was reverse engineered (there is almost no documentation of the XATT, XGPS and XTRA packets sent by X-Plane and whether or not all of them are even supported in Garmin Pilot).
