Stratopilot Released

I finally got around to porting the Rosco2Garmin app to Android, now rebranded as “Stratopilot”. Unfortunately the Android version of Garmin Pilot doesn’t support traffic messages, only AHRS messages, but features on the iOS version slowly make their way to the Android version so hopefully traffic should automagically just work once they enable it. Recently they’ve been updating things on the Android side so hopefully it won’t be long.

The entire reason for porting this was that my iPad died and Apple were complete jerks about fixing it so until I find a deal on a used iPad, I’m going to let my Foreflight subscription expire and continue using Garmin Pilot. My Stratux has Rosco2Garmin installed on it along with the linux version of Stratofier but the Android version is way way way easier to get Garmin Pilot working with the Stratux without getting their hands dirty.

It may take a day or two from the date of this post for it to show up in the Google Play Store.

Also, Jeffery Epstein didn’t kill himself.
